LEAKING BOILER FIXED ASAP
I called Folkestone and Hythe Heating when I discovered my boiler was leaking
(a stressful and unexpected discovery!)
David got back to me so quickly and was able to come the same day and stop the leak. Within a couple of days he has ordered the part and come fitted it. His communication was top notch and he was polite and professional from start to finish.
I will not hestiate to call again in the future and I would recommend Folkestone and Hythe Heating to anyone!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Boiler stopped working on the weekend and made a call to this company on Sunday. Spoke to Dave who was extremely polite an approachable on the phone and he tlked through the issue and made an appointment to come quickly. Problem diagnosed not long after attending and I was given all the different options which made me feel informed and in control myself. Boiler fixed and up and running by Wednesday which was ASAP.
Dave was extremely helpful despite me asking for a service on top and highlighting a timer issue that I had left dormant for a couple of years.
